Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when entry fee refunds may be available for the Arena World Cup (“Tournament”). The entry fee is $10 USD per player unless otherwise announced on the official website.
General Policy
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to the timing of the request, tournament status, and the conditions below. Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment method when possible.
Before Registration Closes
Refunds may be requested until tournament registration closes, provided that:
- Your registration payment was successfully completed.
- Tournament seeding has not yet begun.
- Private match server links have not been sent for your participation.
- You submit a refund request through official support channels with the email and Roblox username used at registration.
After Registration Closes or Seeding Begins
After tournament registration closes or once bracket seeding begins, entry fees are generally non-refundable. At this stage, tournament resources, scheduling, and player placement have been allocated.
Refunds will not typically be granted for:
- Failure to attend a scheduled match.
- Disqualification for violating tournament rules or fair play standards.
- Roblox account bans, connectivity issues, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Change of mind after seeding or after receiving tournament communications.
Organizer Cancellation
If the Tournament is canceled by the Organizer before it is completed, registered players who paid the entry fee will receive a full refund of the entry fee, unless a partial alternative arrangement is announced.
If the Tournament is postponed, your registration may roll forward to the rescheduled event. If you cannot participate in the rescheduled event, contact support to discuss refund eligibility.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same registration or a payment error occurred, contact support promptly with payment confirmation details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support through our Contact / Support page and include:
- Your full name (if provided at registration).
- The email address used during signup.
- Your Roblox username.
- Date of payment and any Stripe receipt or confirmation reference.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome by email.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review your request directly. Chargebacks filed without prior support contact may result in disqualification from current or future tournaments.

Arena World Cup is an independent community-run tournament and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the creators of Roblox Rivals. The Organizer reserves the right to update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your request will apply.
