Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Arena World Cup (“Tournament”), an independent community-run skill-based tournament for the game Roblox Rivals, operated by the tournament organizer (“we,” “us,” or “Organizer”). Arena World Cup is the tournament brand; Roblox Rivals is the game being played. By registering and paying the entry fee, you agree to these Terms.

Arena World Cup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Roblox Rivals. Roblox and Roblox Rivals are trademarks of their respective owners.

1. Tournament Overview

  • Event: Arena World Cup
  • Game: Roblox Rivals
  • Entry fee: $10 USD
  • Maximum players: 120
  • Format: Single elimination
  • Objective: Players compete in bracket matches until a champion is determined by skill and match performance.

Arena World Cup is a skill-based competition, not gambling, betting, a lottery, or a game of chance. Entry fees support tournament operations and prizes. Winners are determined by player performance in fair, competitive matches.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address and Roblox username.
  • Pay the full entry fee through our official Stripe checkout before registration closes or the tournament fills.
  • Have access to Roblox and the ability to join assigned private tournament servers when instructed.
  • Comply with all tournament rules, fair play standards, and communications from the Organizer.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny or remove participants who provide false information or fail to meet requirements.

3. Registration & Entry Fee

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Entry fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Registration may close when the player cap is reached or when the Organizer closes registration.

4. Tournament Rules, Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

All participants must follow tournament rules published on the official website and any additional rules communicated before or during the event. Arena World Cup is a script-free, community-first event focused on fair competition and sportsmanship.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification without refund:

  • Cheating, exploiting, scripting, or using unauthorized third-party tools.
  • Account sharing or allowing another person to play on your behalf.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior toward players, staff, or officials.
  • Sharing private tournament server links publicly or with unauthorized users.
  • Intentionally delaying, throwing, or colluding in matches.
  • Submitting false scores or match results.

5. Match Participation

Players are responsible for monitoring email and official Discord announcements for match times and private server links. Failure to appear for a scheduled match within the stated grace period may result in forfeiture at the Organizer’s discretion.

6. Organizer Decisions

The Organizer’s decisions regarding match results, rule interpretations, scheduling changes, technical issues, and disqualifications are final. We may modify schedules, formats, or procedures if required by technical constraints, fairness, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Prize Distribution

Prize amounts published on the official website represent the intended prize pool for the Tournament. Winners will be contacted using registration information after results are verified. Prizes may require identity or payment verification before disbursement. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information supplied by the player.

Taxes, fees, or payment processing costs related to prize receipt may be the responsibility of the winner where required by law.

8. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Roblox account, email account, and any credentials used to access tournament services. You must not register using an account you do not own or control. Any ban, suspension, or restriction imposed by Roblox or related platforms that prevents participation is the participant’s responsibility.

9. Disqualification

We may suspend or disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, tournament rules, or fair play standards. Disqualified players forfeit advancement in the bracket and are not entitled to a refund except where required by our Refund Policy or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Tournament, including internet outages, Roblox service interruptions, device failures, or scheduling conflicts. Total liability related to your registration shall not exceed the entry fee you paid.

The Tournament is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to servers, websites, or communications.

11. Changes & Cancellation

We may update these Terms or cancel, postpone, or materially modify the Tournament if necessary. Material cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.
